The Lamar Bruni Vergara Inner City Branch Library is located at 202 W. Plum in the heart of Laredo, Texas. The Lamar Bruni Vergara Inner City Branch Library provides services to the community including computer classes and children’s programs. During the summer months the Lamar Bruni Vergara Inner City Branch Library provides programs for children after school and summer reading programs from June through July. Patrons can come in and use one of their 18 computers or bring their personal devices or laptops and connect to the free Wi-Fi provided by the Library.
